Damaged or Lost Items : In the rare case that an art print arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and either replace or refund the item.

Return Procedure : To initiate a return, please email us at adithyashankardesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Timeframe : Art prints will be shipped within 3-5 working days of the order being placed.

Shipping Costs : Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the art prints, as well as the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be the responsibility of the customer.
